We’re kicking off our 2026–2027 Mental Health Workshop Series with our first session:
🌱 Understanding Anxiety, Stress & Big Emotions

This session will provide families with practical information and strategies to better understand anxiety, stress, and big emotions—and how we can support our children and ourselves.

Our presenters will be mental health specialists from Catholic Charities, who provide mental health support to our secondary students throughout the district. They will share practical information and strategies to help families better understand anxiety, stress, and big emotions—and how we can support our children and ourselves.
